Whiskey Wine Foods

There are many sites about whiskey, wine and foods so why another one.  Why not?  This is not just my site but also your site.  I want to hear from YOU.  What are your questions about whiskey, wine and foods? (craft beer too) Let me know and I'll send you my answer and request answers from anyone else who wants to contribute.  

The point of this site: We all have our own palate and the way whiskey, wine and foods work in our mouth is unique to each of us.  And the way they work together is even more unique. Yet if we share our experiences with whiskey, wine and foods, together, we might just learn from each other the kinds of whiskey, wine and foods we might like to enjoy that compliment each other.  

Take wine for example, most wine bloggers talk about pairing specific wines with specific food. How many opinions have you seen on; this wine goes great with turkey, and this wine goes great with lasagne, and this wine goes great with rack of lamb. In this diversified country we live in, there aren't any sites I've read, about which wine goes best with tacos, which wine goes best with buffalo chicken wings, which wine goes best with grits, which wine goes best with gyros. You get the idea, many foods, many nationalities, many diversities of foods that could go great with wines.  And the same goes for whiskeys, especially tequilas, rums, craft distilleries and cordials.  

Let's have some fun here and look at the unusual pairings of foods with whiskeys and wines from your point of view, after all you are the one that knows what you like best. And I'll contribute too, I've been fortunate to have tried many whiskeys, wines, and foods, and I thrive on the unusual.
